Sit tall in a sturdy chair, engage your core, and march your legs up and down for 30 seconds. This is a great way to wake up your legs, improve circulation, and build strength.

✅ Gentle Arm Circles

Sit or stand with your arms extended to the sides. Make slow, controlled circles forward for 10 seconds, then backward for 10 seconds. This helps loosen tight shoulders and improve posture, which can help you feel more alert.
